ChurnZero REST API: Rest API plays a pivotal role in realizing a real-time Customer Success strategy by allowing you to integrate your customer data from ChurnZero directly into other systems and processes within your organization
Live Exports: Custom reports within Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel 365 that are powered and automatically updated by ChurnZero Segments. Using Live Exports, managers and individual contributors alike can create whatever custom visuals or metrics they need to communicate KPIs internally or to provide visibility externally
Direct Reports Report: Users who have an assigned manager. The Direct Report is included in a manager’s domain
ChurnZero has exposed the following endpoints in our REST API: Journey Journey Milestone Journey Milestone Achievement Journey Milestone Task Journey Instance Journey Progress Journey Milestone Progress Journey Milestone Step Progress Developers can now use these endpoints to extract Journey information programmatically from ChurnZero to be used in other tools
Cohort Report: View Accounts that meet a criterion or goal based on Events data in groupings based on their start dates
External Journey Reports: Share an Account’s Journey Report outside of ChurnZero with Contacts and/or external individuals (i.e., people who do not exist as Contacts within ChurnZero). Those who have access to the External Report are referred to as “Collaborators” and can access the report via a shared link (which requires a One-Time Password)
Account Growth Report: Provides summaries of your Existing, New, and Churned customers (with a start and end date), as well as the ability to analyze your growth and churn trends by CSM, Salesperson, and/or any other Account Segment
There are two new buttons on the Text Widget toolbar within the Success Center that allow users to share the merge field links to an External Journey Report or Account Insight Report within their Success Center content. This works just like sharing the merge field links within Plays creation, allowing ChurnZero users to insert shared links in shared reports with their end user contacts. These buttons will only appear on the Text Widget toolbar if at leas one report has been shared with at least one active collaborator. If any particular report is not set to be shared, it will not show within these merge fields as an option, only shared reports will be options for external link sharing. If the end contact viewer of the Success Center has not been shared the report that was included, the merge field will not appear with a value, just as with other empty merge fields in the ChurnZero application - so it is important to consider the audience with whom the reports have been shared, and the audience of the Success Center when including these merge fields
